An Overview
Photopolymer is a polymer that becomes solid when exposed to light. Photopolymer is also imaging compositions made into different forms including film/sheet, liquid, solution etc.
Photopolymer is often used for fillings in dentistry, a relief plate for flexographic printing, printing plates, imaging, photoresists (used to make integrated circuits), flat panel displays, printed circuits, chemically milled parts, MEMS (microelectromechanical systems), and is used in the stereolithograhy and 3D Printing Rapid Prototype technologies. Liquid compositions can be used for adhesives, coatings, and inks.
